Online & Retail Bookings - Terms and Conditions
YOUR CONTRACT - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK
This website at www.greatpacifictravels.com.au (the “Site”) is owned by Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd ACN 600 388 609 and is provided for residents of Australia only. These booking terms and conditions govern all bookings that you make with Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd of Suite 15/103 George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these booking conditions, references to “we” and “us” indicate Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd (the Company) and references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred. Your use of this website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
1. Booking and Payment
All services offered are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept, and to accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party. Further, if you are making a booking for more than one person, you are responsible for all payments due from each and every party member for whom you are making a booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information which you give us is accurate and that information which is given to you by us or any of our suppliers is passed on to all members of your party.
When you make your booking, you must pay the relevant deposit as specified at the time of booking. No contract will come into existence until we accept your booking, receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds, and issue you with a confirmation invoice either on behalf of ourselves or the supplier in question.
2. Agency and Supplier Responsibility
Where we are acting as an agent, and bookings of travel products are made on your behalf with third parties, the contract for your arrangements is between you and the supplier. Any queries or concerns should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure, there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the supplier. You will see the name, address, and contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will, of course, assist you with this if you wish - please contact Customer Services.
3. Our Services
We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation, and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators, travel insurance, and car hire providers. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. Great Pacific Travels is not liable for service deficiencies on the part of airlines or other service providers, including but not limited to: accidents and injuries, delays, overloading of flights, denied boarding for any conditions, changes in routes or itineraries, loss, theft, or damage to possessions. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation and comply with health, customs, currency, and other laws of any country they enter or attempt to enter. Travel insurance is recommended to protect you from being unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Limitations of Liability
All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse for travel services is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third-party providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure, or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
5. Agency Role
Products and services are sold by Great Pacific Travels as an agent for airline and wholesale companies and other suppliers providing services, including accommodation and transportation services. Great Pacific Travels is not a provider of services and has no responsibility for services provided or not provided by any party. We give and make no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service or product to be supplied, and no person has authority to make any such representation or warranty on behalf of Great Pacific Travels. All tickets, coupons, exchange orders, vouchers, and receipts are issued subject to the appropriate tariffs and terms and conditions of sale of suppliers and these terms. They are issued by Great Pacific Travels as agent only. We have no responsibility and extend no guarantees for discontinued promotions, airfares, or specific holiday products.
6. Conditions of Suppliers
Many of the services which make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions, which will form part of your contract with us or the applicable supplier. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from ourselves or the supplier concerned.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. View our Privacy Policy online. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose some or all of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The terms of our Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms. To view our full Privacy Policy, please log in to our website www.greatpacifictravels.com.au.
8. Online Registration
To make an online booking on this website or to become a member of Great Pacific Travels to receive information about special offers for travel and holidays, you must register your details with us using our website registration process.
In consideration of Great Pacific Travels permitting you to use these services, in registering and providing your details, you warrant to us that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old and have the power and authority to enter into a binding contract with us;
(b) The information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by the registration process; and
© You will maintain and promptly update this information about yourself to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
As part of the registration process, you are allocated a username and select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or username (including where your account is used by another person), unless these activities arise due to our negligence or breach of these terms.
9. Frequent Flyer / Airline Membership Card Holders
If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer program, please retain your boarding passes and copies of tickets for point verification against your statement. Without these, you may be unable to claim points. We do not offer advice on Frequent Flyer eligibility on flights that we advertise on our site or that you have booked. For more information on whether your airfare is eligible for Frequent Flyer rewards, you must contact the airline directly. Please provide your frequent flyer details at the time of booking, whether online or over the phone. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for your booking.
10. Availability
The products and services offered on this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.
11. Combination of Airline Fares
If you are travelling with combination fares of two or more airlines, our travel agency is not responsible for any flight delays. Please also check the weight allowance with our travel consultant.
12. Online Booking
You may make bookings for travel services and products online at this site. All online bookings are processed by Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd. Any online booking is subject to these terms and to the supplier’s special conditions. If you book online, you must provide us with all information which we require. You must also ensure that the credit or debit card you are using is your own (or, subject to our agreement, if it is a third party’s, you have their express authorization to use their credit or debit card) and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the arrangements which you book with us. When we receive and accept your booking, we will send you a confirmation email and invoice and debit payment from you. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the availability of any package holiday, flight, or individual components. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend a password or username and the right to decline any booking for any individual on any tour or other service.
When making an online booking, you must enter details of each traveler correctly and according to their passport. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the traveler’s name varies from their booking and may cancel automatically if the traveler’s name is amended. Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd has no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the incorrect entry of a traveler’s name or as a result of the carrier’s policies.
An online booking requires payment in full at the time of making the booking. In some instances, payment for international tickets can be made or taken after the online booking process is completed.
Any travel booking made with us is subject to your credit card approval for the transaction. If your credit card is not approved, we will contact you but accept no responsibility for any costs incurred in the event we are unable to contact you.
Before we proceed to issue your airline ticket or process any travel booking on your behalf, various checks are taking place to validate the integrity of credit card information. In certain circumstances, the credit card holder will be required to submit verification documentation to substantiate identity.
In circumstances where we cannot contact the cardholder and the ticket issuance period lapses, thereby making the booking invalid, we will have no choice but to cancel the booked arrangements.
Under these circumstances, we accept no responsibility for any re-booking costs. Notwithstanding any verification that we do to verify the cardholder’s identity, Great Pacific Travels reserves the right to refuse payments via credit card if, at its sole discretion, it deems the risk to be too high. You will be given other payment options for purchasing your travel.
If, for any reason, any travel service provider (including airlines) does not provide the products or services which you have contracted to acquire, the liability is against the provider only and not against us. If payment for such a product or service was made to Great Pacific Travels by credit card, by accepting these booking conditions, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your credit card payment to Great Pacific Travels.
Prices featured on the online booking engine are for online booking only and may differ if you proceed to book your flight over the phone or through our agent. Most fares will be subject to availability and booking over the phone may incur additional service charges.
13. Booking Made by Telephone
If you make a booking by telephone, you must provide us with all information which we require. You must also ensure that all information which you provide is accurate and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or, subject to our agreement, if it is a third party’s, you have their express authorization to use their credit or debit card and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the arrangements which you book with us. If we accept your booking, we shall debit payment from you and send you a confirmation invoice. From this point, cancellation charges will apply. Please note that a telephone booking confirmation is as firmly confirmed as if it were made/confirmed in writing immediately. As soon as you receive the confirmation, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later.
Check your itinerary. Ensure that all names on tickets are the same as in your passport. Check the accuracy of all names, dates, timings, and airlines provided. Any errors on your documents will be your responsibility, or advised to your consultant prior to payment.
Conditions apply to all fares. Please check with your consultant. We require your credit card details to book your tickets online. A 2% - 3% service fee may apply to Visa/MasterCard/Bankcard/Amex. Once your booking is confirmed, and you wish to cancel, cancellation charges apply.
14. Bookings from Outside Australia
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to decline or accept bookings made from outside Australia. Any automatic booking confirmations for such bookings are conditional contingent on our view of any financial risks, potential ticket dispatch delays, or other international regulations that may apply.
15. E-Tickets
An e-ticket will be issued for your flights wherever possible. A paper ticket will be issued for airlines that do not support e-ticketing. You must email or fax us a copy of your receipt if the payment is done by any other method apart from a credit card. Once your payment hits Great Pacific Travels’ account with the correct reference, you will receive an email shortly confirming your ticketing arrangements. If you do not receive these documents within 24 hours, please contact us.
16. Identification for Check-In
All passengers, including children, must present identification at check-in. For adults, photo identification will be required, such as a driver’s license or passport. For children, examples of acceptable forms of identification include a passport, birth certificate, and school identification. For infants, proof of age (under 2) may be required, such as a birth certificate.
17. International Flights
All passengers traveling must present their valid passport for check-in. Hotels and transfers: Photo identification of the lead adult passenger is required for check-in.
18. Recommended Check-In Times
You should check-in at least 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You may not be able to check-in after the above recommended check-in times. Arrival at the check-in counter after this time may result in you forfeiting the entire fare paid.
19. Hotels and Transfers
You must present your pre-paid voucher on check-in. Request for an email or printed copy of the pre-paid vouchers at the time of confirmation or at least 3 days prior to departure.
20. Early Check-In Times
Your requested check-in time will be sent to the hotel at the time the booking was made. Please note, however, that check-in is generally only permitted after 2 pm - 4 pm on the day of arrival, subject to your room being ready.
21. Booking Fees
Standard booking fees apply per person as advertised. Online/telephone domestic/Trans-Tasman (e.g., New Zealand) flight bookings will incur a booking fee of $20 per booking, which is non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you.
22. Refunds, Amendments, and Cancellation
Booking cancellations will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Infant tickets are always non-refundable. In addition to airline and supplier/consolidator cancellation fees, an agency fee of $150.00 per ticket applies. Amendments before departure will incur a fee of $100.00 per ticket, and amendments after departure will incur a fee of $50.00 per ticket, in addition to the airlines’ and suppliers’/consolidators’ fees. Tickets bought on promotion may be 100% non-changeable and non-refundable. The validity of the ticket will be restrictive.
Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the supplier(s). Generally, flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. This is beyond the control of Great Pacific Travels. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.
Refunds take approximately 14 weeks or more to process. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Cancellation or refund will only be processed if you have sent the request in writing.
23. Prices & Taxes
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur due to factors outside our control, such as adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up-to-date prices.
Restrictions and conditions apply to all of the travel products and services offered on this site, and such restrictions and conditions may affect the prices set out on the site. To determine the applicable restrictions and conditions, you must contact us or the relevant third-party provider.
The airlines and other third-party providers of travel and travel-related services may change their prices, details of their packages, tours, flights, and other information displayed on the site at any time. For this reason, all prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. All travel products and services described on the site are subject to availability.
We will endeavor to notify you of all relevant taxes, airport charges, and any other additional costs when you confirm your booking with us (as at that date), but these may be subject to variation prior to your departure.
Your airfare includes all prepaid airport taxes and charges. Note, however, that some countries still require you to pay additional taxes and charges at the airport prior to departure. Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
24. Flight/Schedule Changes
Should your flight be cancelled, your rights and remedies will be governed by the airline’s conditions of carriage. As a result, you may be entitled to: (a) Carriage on another flight with the same airline without additional costs; (b) Re-routing to your destination with another carrier without additional costs; © Receiving a full refund; or (d) Some other right or remedy.
If a schedule change occurs to your itinerary prior to our receipt from you of the full price, or prior to the issue of your tickets (on either the outbound or return flight), we will do our best to notify you on behalf of the carrier.
Should a schedule change occur to your itinerary after full balance/ticket issue, on either the outbound or return flights, the relevant supplier’s decision will be final, or amendment charges may apply.
25. Departure Taxes
It is not always possible to include all departure taxes on your ticket(s). In some cases, departure taxes must be paid by you locally to the government of the country you are departing from and are non-refundable by us.
26. Excursions
Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are on holiday are not part of your contracted arrangements with us. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator.
27. Reconfirming All Flights
You must telephone us or the airline at least 72 hours before the departure time shown on your ticket to confirm that there have been no changes. This applies to both outbound and return flights. We will not be liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm flights. Reconfirming your flight at least 72 hours before departure is a minimum requirement.
28. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. We can provide information to you about travel insurance. We are authorized resellers of Aussie Travel Cover - Travel Insurance in Australia. For details of the services we provide, including a quote, please consult our consultant or visit www.greatpacifictravels.com.au. You must obtain a Product Disclosure Statement relating to the travel insurance product you are considering purchasing and should read that document before making any decision about whether to acquire the product. Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with either us or the supplier in question, as applicable. You may take the holiday insurance offered by us or arrange it independently. The insurance cover must include cancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of your holiday, medical and repatriation expenses including air ambulance, personal accident, delay, loss or damage to your personal effects. When arranging insurance from a source other than offered by us, you must provide us with written details of the policy and sign an indemnity form on behalf of yourself and all members of your party absolving us and our overseas agents/representatives of any liability for any costs that may arise which otherwise would have been met by the insurance claim.
29. Telephone Calls
We reserve the right to randomly record telephone calls to ensure that our customer service is constantly reviewed.
30. Special Requests and Medical Problems
Special Requirements: Please contact our Customer Service Team on +61 2 80152814 regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements, such as medical conditions, special meal, and seating requests. If you have any special requests, please advise us at the time of booking. Although we will endeavor to pass any such requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. If you have any medical problem or disability which may affect your arrangements, you must advise us in writing before booking, giving full details. Regrettably, many overseas destinations do not have even basic facilities required by disabled travelers. If we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs, we must reserve the right to decline/cancel your booking and charge any applicable cancellation charges.
31. Behaviour
You accept responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not behave in a way which causes offense to others or risks any loss or damage to property belonging to others. Payments for any such damage or loss must be made at the time directly to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. You indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions. We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If, in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any other persons in authority, you are behaving in such a way to cause or to be likely to cause distress, danger, or annoyance to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your arrangements without notice. In this situation, your total booking with us, including your return transportation arrangements, will immediately cease, and we will not be responsible for paying any costs, expenses, refunds, or compensation.
32. Compliance with Laws
It is also your responsibility to comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange, and drug regulations of the countries visited. We and/or our representatives reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you are found to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner or indulging in illegal activities, without any liability to you for any refund and legal claim.
33. Carry-on Baggage at International Airports
To increase your safety, there are new rules for taking liquids, aerosols, and gels on flights into and out of Australia. These new rules are needed to protect you from the threat of liquid explosives. They are in effect as of 31 March 2007, so please ensure you read the Security Guide for Carry-on Baggage at International Airports.
Business class/First Class additional baggage may be permitted. Please contact Great Pacific Travels or the airlines to get the exact baggage details before proceeding with the payment. Our ticketing system automatically takes the baggage approved by the airlines based on fare basis. We can assist in requesting for excess baggage, but approval or rejection is not under our control.
Items such as knives, needles, sharp objects, cutting implements, knitting needles, and sporting goods cannot be carried in your cabin baggage or in person. These items must be packed in your checked baggage (subject to airline approval for carriage), otherwise the items will be confiscated by airport security.
34. Checked Baggage
Economy Class: Generally, 1 piece of luggage, weighing up to 20kg, can be checked in at no charge for each passenger. Different airlines have different baggage criteria, which may depend on the fare basis your tickets are issued. Please contact Great Pacific Travels or the airlines to get exact baggage details for your flights before proceeding with the payments. Charges may apply for every additional kg over the above allowances. No single piece of baggage may exceed 32kg in weight. The airline reserves the right to refuse to carry any piece of baggage subject to its baggage policy.
35. Health
It is recommended you consult your doctor before travel to discuss any specific medical or health concerns. A comprehensive travel insurance policy is highly recommended if you are traveling to an international destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
36. Travel Documents
Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions, including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All travel documents are non-transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder; some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel. Please contact your consultant the day before collection to confirm that the travel documents are ready for collection.
It is your responsibility to enquire about local issues, security conditions, and visa requirements for your destinations prior to departing. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including consular offices and official government websites.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel, and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip, please let us know. We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it. We can send visa applications on your behalf but do not guarantee approval. Once the application is sent, a service fee applies which has to be paid and is not refundable. Due to time limitations and other requirements, the client may have to visit the consulate. We do not send applications for emergency visas even though the tickets may be purchased from us. Service fees may apply for this service.
Please make sure the spelling of your name printed on your itinerary is the same as that on your passport. Please make sure that any changes regarding dates, stay at the airport, or any other error is rectified with the consultant prior to issuing the tickets; otherwise, any error will be your responsibility and may incur a fee. Passengers will be responsible for any changes made or enquired directly or indirectly with the airlines or related providers. Great Pacific Travels will not be responsible for passengers’ actions.
37. Visa Information
We do not provide visa information. Please contact the relevant authority to get information.
If you are travelling to the United States: Please see https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta for information regarding compulsory pre-registration for their visa waiver program. Please note, you may not meet the requirements of ESTA and may be required to obtain a visa.
38. Travel Advice
For travel advice, please contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit their website at www.smartraveller.gov.au.
39. Monies Not Held On Trust
All monies paid by you to us will be the property of Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the money relates have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by us on trust for and on behalf of you and we may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with our own and/or other customer monies.
40. Payments
To hold the confirmed seat in the system, you need to pay a deposit of $60 at the time of booking. Confirm the maximum payment time with the consultant. If the final payment is not made before the ticketing deadline, the deposit will be forfeited.
Credit card surcharges may apply when paying by credit card. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that provider, and not against Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd. In the event that payment has been made to us by credit card or net bank transfer, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Great Pacific Travels Pty Ltd, providing your credit card details authorizes us to charge your nominated card for the agreed amount.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information, including invalid credit card details, may result in cancellation of your tickets and services. In cases where credit cards provided by the client are declined, the client/passenger will be liable to pay the complete amount plus other charges associated with it. Tickets will only be issued after final payment hits the account and confirmation of payment is received from the customer. In case of automatic/online ticketing, if the payment is not done, we have the right to send details and information to our nominated debt collection agency. All expenses will be paid by the client/passenger. Incorrect information deliberately provided accounts to be a fraudulent transaction; such transactions may be reported to law enforcement agencies including AFP.
41. Payments by BPAY
Please note that BPAY may take up to 3 business days to process. If you are paying by this method, you will need to make the payment at least 3 business days prior to the actual due date. You must notify your consultant of your payment once it has been made.

Tickets will only be issued once the payment shows up in the account. If you are paying by this method, you will need to make the payment at least 2 business days prior to the actual due date.
44. Taxes
Airline taxes are subject to change and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued. There may also be a local tax charged at some airports. If the tax change occurs between the time when payment is made by you and has not yet hit our account for the documents to be issued, you may have to pay the tax differences or we may credit you if taxes go lower. 59. Airway Conditions of Carriage
All flight bookings made on this website are subject to the carrier’s conditions of carriage.
60. Booking with a Low Cost Carrier (“LCC”)
If you have booked with any of these airlines and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, you MUST contact the airline directly at least 72 hours prior to departure of each flight to reconfirm.
These airlines usually keep their costs low by not including extra services like meals, entertainment, check-in baggage, etc.; however, in many cases, these can be purchased prior to departure, at the airport, or on-board your flight.
Low Cost Carriers reserve the right to charge credit card merchant fees additionally to the airfare and taxes displayed. Credit card merchant fees applied by the airline directly will be charged additionally to your credit card upon confirmation of your booking.
Bookings made on Low Cost Carriers in some instances do not include a check-in baggage allowance. Check-in baggage allowances included in the fare purchased will be listed on your booking confirmation from the airline. Please contact the airline directly if you require increasing your check-in baggage limit. Baggage fees may be charged by the airline or at the airport for any additional requirements and are non-refundable once purchased.
Please note that most airlines treat name changes and route and/or itinerary alterations as FULL CANCELLATION and can incur full cancellation charges.
Payments processed in foreign currency (currency other than the original card holder’s country of issue) may incur a currency conversion fee. Please refer to your financial institution for applicable fees.
Prices featured on the Great Pacific Travels search engine are in Australian dollars (AUD) based on the current daily rate of exchange. Final payments and statements may differ from the amount shown due to currency conversion fluctuations.
