SCUBA DIVING
Gili Trawangan has the most dive operators, but PADI and SSI licensed dive operators exist on all three islands. Equipment is kept in top shape, with excellent facilities and (mostly) western dive instructors. Dive guides tend to be a mix of local and western divemasters.

WATCH THE SUNSET
Head to the west side of the island you are staying on, find a spot in the sand or a chair in a beach bar and watch the sun paint the sky orange as the sun sets behinds Bali’s Mount Agung. On Gili Trawangan there are two popular sunset point, about half and hours walk or 10 minutes in bike from the Jambuluwuk Oceano, people gather for a drink before the sunsets. In the Gili Islands is one of the most common forms of transport as motor vehicles are not allowed, cidomo is the traditional transport inland. The carriage is usually brightly colored and often has many tassels and bells and pneumatic tires. The carriage usually seats up to four people.
